Thrive Therapy provides occupational therapy services that are trauma-informed, strengths based, client- centered, and occupation focused so families can participate in the things they need and want to do.

Thrive Therapy specializes in building skills related to sensory processing, regulation, interoception, resiliency, and mental health promotion. We want to work with families to build routines, complete self-care activities, and maintain healthy habits.

Jessica is the founder of Thrive Therapy LLC. Graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago, Jessica seeks to serve families who want to use a strengths-based approach.
